Terms and Conditions ez96 — A Guide to Transparent and Fair Platform Use

1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering, or using the platform ez96 in any manner whatsoever, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement takes effect from the date you first access the ez96 website or app.

Each player is only permitted to have one (1) ez96 account at any one time. This includes multiple accounts under the same name, the same IP address, the same device, or the same phone number.

During registration, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date whenever changes occur.

Your account password is your sole responsibility. ez96 will never ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support immediately.

4 Deposit and Payment

Ez96 accepts deposits via various payment methods listed in the Deposit our platform. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the deposit page and may change from time to time
• Ez96 does not charge any processing fees for deposits
• All deposited funds must be from a legitimate source and belong to you
• Ez96 does not accept payments from third parties on your behalf

Any attempt to deposit funds derived from illegal activities will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be terminated immediately.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the following policy:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is permitted
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (in most cases) or to a verified bank account in your name
• Processing time depends on your account's VIP tier — from standard (1–2 hours) to express for Platinum and Diamond VIP members

6 Bonus and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by ez96 are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion terms:

• Rollover Requirement: Each bonus has wagering requirements that must be met before any associated wins can be withdrawn. These requirements are clearly stated in the terms of each promotion
• Validity Period: Unused bonuses within the specified period will expire automatically without prior notice
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Members may not stack more than one active bonus unless otherwise stated

7 Game Rules

All games on the ez96 are operated using an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness. Players are prohibited from:

• Using software, bots, or automated tools to play or track games
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the gaming system
• Exploiting any technical errors or system bugs
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through any unauthorised means

In the event of a technical error in any game, ez96 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the wager to the player. Wins resulting from a system error will not be paid out.

8 Accepted Member Conduct

As an ez96 member, you agree to always conduct yourself with respect and responsibility. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using abusive, obscene, or threatening language towards staff or other members
• Spreading false or misleading information about ez96
• Using the account for money laundering or criminal activities
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation
• Registering multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by Member: You may close your ez96 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance in your account (subject to verification requirements) will be returned to you.

Closure by ez96: ez96 reserves the right to suspend or close an account immediately and without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or illegal activity
• Failure to submit the requested KYC documents
• Account inactive for more than 24 consecutive months

10 ez96 Limitation of Liability

Ez96 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that members may experience arising from use of the platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical errors beyond our control, or actions of third parties.

Ez96's maximum liability to any member in any single calendar month is limited to the total amount deposited by that member during that period.

11 Responsible Gaming

Ez96 is committed to promoting a responsible gaming culture. We provide a range of tools to help members manage their gaming habits, including:

• Self-configurable daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
• Loss limits and session play limits
• A cooling-off period option from 24 hours to 30 days
